Confidential Materials Confidential information includes video footage, screen captures, software annotations, biomechanical data, and athlete/camp identities linked to Perform'Live's analytical content. 3. Key Obligations Restricted Use: Content is strictly for personal training and technical development. No Distribution: You agree not to copy, download, share, publish, or send videos or materials via social media, email, or cloud storage. Discretion: You agree not to publicly mention third-party clubs, athletes, or camps featured in the technical video examples. 4. Duration & Compliance This mutual obligation takes effect upon booking and remains active indefinitely. Failure to comply results in immediate termination of access to Perform'Live services and potential legal action for damages.
